What does this cost me?
Our fees are based on a number of factors including freight bill volume, type of bill (LTL vs. parcel) and whether the bill is received electronically or as a hard copy. The savings as a result of our audits usually average 3-4 times what our fees are.
I have a business in Canada and the US. Can you audit my freight bills?
We have an account with Royal Bank of Canada and can pay your Canadian carriers in Canadian funds. We can also pick up GST and PST expenses for you.
My UPS shipping charges are $2,000,000 per year. What can I reasonably expect in refunds if any?
Our average audit savings for UPS due to rate errors and late deliveries is 3%. You could expect to save $60,000 annually by having these bills audited.
I have a lot of international shipments. Do you audit these also?
We audit tens of thousands of international shipments each year. We'll check for international accessorial charges, currency exchange rates, Dim weight factors, duty fees, pound/kilogram conversions and a number of other criteria.

It takes only a few minutes to learn how to create queries and run standard and customized reports on-line.

Utilizing an auditing service can actually speed up the payment process through EDI transactions. The normal cycle time from carrier invoicing until your carriers receive their check is usually 2-3 weeks.
